"We had a fantastic experience with JLV Construction. We were looking to do a full roof/gutter/paint job and had shopped around with several companies. When JLV showed up to do the initial inspection and bid, we knew right away this was the company we were going to go with. They did a really thorough inspection and really took extra time to show us what they notices and what it would mean for the job. Way better energy than the other companies that we had bids from.

The job itself was superb. At the end of each day, the foreman would walk the site with us and summarize the day's progress and go over any concerns we might have. It was a great personal touch. The quality of work was excellent and timely. We were super happy with the results, and we are very glad that we went with JLV."

"I am very impressed with JLV Construction. This was my first "new roof" from being a homeowner and this was a great experience for something so intimidating and potentially costly. Nephi was fast with communication, offered shingle samples, and had us scheduled really quickly as our roof was in pretty bad shape. His team was phenomenally efficient, respectful, and tidy. So much that several of my neighbors were complimenting about it. I appreciated the fact that they washed my back patio as well. When Nephi came back to inspect the completed work, he even found a rogue shingle that accidentally fell in the neighbor's yard and went to collect it. I would recommend!"

"JLV was communicative and professional. Juan was my point of contact in person throughout the process of bidding and completing the work. Their back office staff, specifically Lizbeth, responded to questions over email within hours if not minutes. The roofing was completed in 2 days and brand new gutters installed successfully in a few hours several days later. They did well to clean up the yard after the job, leaving very little debris (a staple here or there from the old roof was all we found). Juan did a great job talking me through the scope of the work and the benefits of the shingles we chose and when our HOA required us to choose a higher tier shingle, they were able to adjust the job quote at a rate that was comparatively affordable vs. other bidders. All in all this was a world class experience and I want to thank Juan, Lizbeth and the entire crew at JLV for putting a roof over our heads. "Wanted to share the experience I just had with JLV Re-Roofing my 27 year old roof. From the time I was contacted by them to come out for a Free estimate to the time they drove the trailer away after the job was done, these guys were FIRST Class! The salesman, AR, did a fantastic job paying close attention to details that all the other companies missed during my bidding process. He pointed out things like my bathroom fan vents were going out thru my intakes and needed flapper vents installed in the roof for them. He also took note of my skylight and advised it get replaced while the roof was new. He asked about installing a roof anchor for safety to help with maintaining my roof. Little things yes, but things that are VERY important to protecting my main asset! Most of the other guys just came, took some measurements, and said I will send you a quote in a few days via email, without even asking me what I wanted in my new roof (i.e. HIGH profile ridge, what type of shingles, warranty I was looking for, etc.). One company was more interested in changing my attic ventilation all around and getting it up to the latest code, when NONE of my plywood was moldy or rotten and it is not required by law so why change what has worked for 27 years! JLV confirmed my house had adequate and equal intake and exhaust, and that we did not need to cut a bunch of new holes in the roof or eaves. That is the kind of straight up honesty you will get with JLV. The work crew was phenomenal! It took them two days to tear off and re-roof my 29 square home. During the project, the foreman would check in with me on how it was looking and if I had any questions or concerns. The crew paid attention to every detail in my quote and did an incredible job! I am one happy customer and would recommend JLV to anybody out there looking to put a new roof on their house. Don't be timid by the size of this company. They proved to me that they can go toe-to-toe with the big boys in this business! Thank you AR & JLV! R.D."

Juan was AMAZING to work with. He was thorough, honest and made the process easy. He offered different price ranges. He itemized everything for me, so I knew what I was paying for. He presented the different shingles and warranties for comparison.

The construction crew were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They removed old solar panels and recycled them for me. They removed and replaced the old plywood, shingles, and windows. They did drywall work and painted a bathroom completely. They also cleaned up the grounds thoroughly. It was a big job and they completed it in 3 days. I was very impressed.

I would highly recommend JLV Construction."

"Excellent customer service. Quick to respond, always on time, hard working, cleaned up after themselves, fast and efficient in their work, listened and responded to our concerns and helped explain and ... they knew their stuff... recognized the venting issue and gave us answers to address both the Intake and venting issues of our roof where others focused on the venting they didn't focus on the intake fixes needed. As well, per our request - due to the poor roof job done when the house was originally built in the 50's, we worked with them to get additional rafters added where needed and had the 2/4s all replaced with 2x6 rafters , resheeted with new plywood the whole house versus just the 10 sheets everyone quoted. Had a New Gutter system installed. Couple minor things found on the final walk thru that was immediately fixed! Loved working with them even with all our requests beyond the normal asks they were friendly and went over and beyond in my opinion - staying till late the first day of the tear-off and resheet to get the waterproof underlayment completed before the scheduled rain... thankfully, the rain held for 3 days till everything was done. Considering all that was done.. .the price was exceptional! Great Local company! Very happy with the outcome! Would definitely consider them for future projects. And recommend to others as well! Love our new roof!"
